Derksen Plumbing – Committed to the Community

At Derksen Plumbing we have long held to the tradition of giving back through commitment to community. Our founders, Frank and Henry Derksen, first instilled this great sense of values over 50 years ago.

Our people are actively involved in and support, amongst others, the following charities:

· Habitat for Humanity
· Childrens Wish Foundation
· United Way of Winnipeg
· Cancercare Manitoba
· ALS Society
· Alzheimer’s Society
· Siloam Mission
· Salvation Army
· Cerebral Palsy Assoc
· Heart & Stroke Foundation

As a company, we are proud to organize and host the Henry Derksen Memorial Classic; a golfing event where all proceeds go to the ALS Society.

Community involvement is at the heart of what we do, which is why we support so many causes that bring people together. We believe that there is no end to what we can achieve; together as a community, pooling our collective passions and resources to help those in need. Our ethos is simple: We know that trust, mutual respect and compassion are important in aspects of what makes a community. Whether that is in how we treat our employees, clients or the strangers that we meet, the family values on which Derksen Plumbing were built remain as true today as they always have.

We welcome you to join us in forging these most important community ties. In fact, bring the whole family along so that everyone can get involved. If there is one thing we have learned in all the years we have been committed to community, it is that great things are achieved through unity.
